My Dark Shameful Secret )

Feb 13- Lots of reading. Accomplished nothing.

Feb 14- Lots of chocolates. More reading. Accomplished almost nothing.

Feb 15- A whole lot of nothing, until Jens about gave me a heart attack. He talked to his mom. She was having an unpleasant reaction to the antibiotics they had switched her to (stomach issues) and said the nurse was concerned she "wouldn't make it through the night." He intended the sentence to mean that she would have to get up and be taken to the toilet. I then had to call my mom (short 'Can you call me back?' call) and tell her to give her a good scare too.

Feb 16- Lady doctor visit ) We also went looking for some bit of electronical stuff that Jens wanted (couldn't find it) and while Jens was looking I found Underworld and Constantine for pretty cheap. We bought those and wandered over to Jade Garden for dinner. Very nice.

Feb 17- We visited Jens' mom and Jens figured out how to turn on the TV to the absolute delight of the 4 little old ladies in the room. Exclaimations of JOY from all around. I was very proud of him.

Feb 18- We watched Constanine, and then I harassed Jens for no reason I can recall but I have it written down here so I must have done it and had a reason.

Feb 19- Tummy issues. :-( Jens visited Gisela without me.

Feb 20- More tummy issues. Excited about the return of the internets. And Froggle stunk to high heaven, like nasty sweaty feet, so we washed him.

And that was my sojourn without the internets. Reading filled the time I was usually online and I accomplished the same amount of nothing, if not more, than usual.

My eating habits are still waffling between healthy and super extra unhealthy. Jens is being Sent to Bonn for the week next week. Gisela is coming home early since she's doing so well, today in fact. Froggle and I had a nice walk today and met two dogs. One, a little Jack Russell, acted like he was going to eat Froggle. The other a German Shepherd, acted like she wanted to play and then decided Froggle was too big to be friends with and got all scary. Froggle made the 9 year old Shepherd look vaguely medium sized. Her owner made a comment about how big Froggle is, in an admiring fashion, and I was a very proud Frog momma.

I also had a dream about deep frying a zombie ... It was special.
