FOOOOOOD

Been cooking today. Made Amish Potato Salad again, that took awhile. And I made Spanish Delight for dinner. It's a new recipe, one that was given to me in my wedding shower cookbook. It's still in the oven. If it's good I'll throw it up here later.

I was going to make Peanut Butter Cookies too, but I think I'll save that for tomorrow since I have an event today. I'm also planning to make Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins tomorrow. And I'm also tempted to make some Apple Bread.

Why all the cooking? I have no idea. I just feel like cooking.
