Stormy Weather

We had a hell of a storm yesterday afternoon/evening/last night. I had been told one was coming and I was listening out for thunder to shut off the puter. Thing is the thunder didn't come around until, oh, four hours or so after the power had gone out (around 5pmish).

The power stayed out until this morning around 9-9:30 because one of the neighbors' big trees had fallen across the lines.

So, who thinks the food in the fridge is still any good? How about the meat and veggies in the freezer? :-/

So. I gotta clean house today, and forage for food. Blah. I really just want to take the car and hit Mickey D's.
